The Custom Creation Process
Our master watchmakers and designers work closely with you through each step of the process to create a timepiece that is uniquely yours. From initial concept to final delivery, we ensure an exceptional experience.
1. Consultation
We begin with a thoughtful consultation to explore your vision, preferences, and inspirations—then create a design sketch that brings your ideas to life.
2. Design
After creating the concept with the customer, we turn to a professional CAD designer to bring the item to a produceable form. At this stage, we return to the customer to confirm design accuracy and any material components before going into production.
3. Production
Once your design is solidified, it is sent into production, where it will be built to the exact specifications as established. We work with a major New York based casting house, solidifying everything is made in America.
4. Delivery
Whether it's in-person or via insured overnight delivery service, we are able to deliver your piece to you anywhere in the United States. If you are located in New York, Austin, or Miami we are happy to set up in-person delivery.

Warranty
All custom jewelry pieces come with a limited warranty and COSC based servicing for the first two years. We will discuss and provide a written warranty for each item based on its complexities and components.
